One of the oldest varieties of soybean still in production in Australia, A6785 has stood the test of time. A6785 is still commonly used in the edible market for soy milk and soy flour.

  • Medium maturing 
  • Resistant to the two main races of phytophthora root rot in Queensland 
  • Produces high yields if planted at the correct time

Best planting time:  From mid December on

End Use: Edible

Average number seeds/kg: 6500-7000

Comments:
Good all round performer. Industry benchmark for flour, grits & tofu.  Small seed size can be an issue.
